This person will report to the Country Manager and the Supply Chain Cluster Manager of the Americas. The supply chain department is in charge of manufacturing, assembly, stock, sales and partners administration and logistic.
Duties/Responsibilities o Management and follow-up of the supply chain o Management of suppliers (logisticians, printers, assemblers…) o Management of the day-to-day operational process (printing, assembly, logistics, shipping, stocks …) o Management of the preparation and treatments of the orders o Management of customer invoicing (retailers, B2B, B2C) o Management of partner invoicing and follow-up o Management of B2B customer service (shop selling, exchange, claims) o General reporting o Oversees and maintains the company’s policies and procedure o Applying HQ best practices
Hard Competencies • A Bachelor’s degree in logistics or sales administration or a minimum of 5 years experience • A first confirmed experience in supply chain experience • International experience is a plus • Operational and organizational experience
Soft Competencies • Process oriented • Good skills in management, reactivity and diplomacy • Knowledge of IT system will be appreciated • Good communication and flexibility • Team spirit • Management skills
